 In June of the this year, Kim was given life changing news. Kim was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

After further testing, they found that it metastasized to her lymph nodes and possibly her lungs.

In August, she underwent a 7 hour surgery to remove her thyroid gland and 38 lymph nodes. Most of them were cancerous.

As of right now, Kim has to make several trips to the university of Pennsylvania to undergo treatment, which includes radio active iodine treatment. This requires her to stay several days in Philadelphia and then come home to complete isolation for 2 weeks.

We pray and hope this cure works.

All of these costs add up and we want to offer a way to support Kim and her husband Liam during this difficult time.
